(Pay no attention to the stars, I'm not one to know quite how to use them)
Overall, I'd have to say that the coloring and shading look very nice together. Your choice of colors and placement of hilights give this a very interesting look, so I'm mostly going to nitpick. The placement of the shadows on Zim's face don't seem to reflect how backlit he is. I feel like the shadows should cover more of his face to demonstrate the contrast between how dark the room is and how bright the light is. His mouth also seems a bit bright for his face. It looks a bit like it's just sitting on his face, which I suppose is a product of the style of the show itself, but I think if the hilights weren't so bright and large, it would look more like it was set in his face. The hilights in his eyes are also a bit confusing. The white ones, anyway. They seem to be coming from a seperate light source from the window that doesn't seem to affect anything else. Lastly, the perspective seems a bit off between the background and the foreground. I can't quite place it and I'm certainly no expert at perspective, but something about the angles of the ceiling and window vs the Zim's angles that don't seem right to me. Perhaps if the foreground was tilted a few degrees to the left?? I'm sorry that's not all that helpful. The only other things I can see that are flawed have already been pointed out. Overall, though, those are just little details. The whole thing looks amazing and, once again, you are a genius with color and hilights.
Where to start, overall this picture looks amazing, I love the fact that you captured Zim's evil figure and not only that you match it with the darkness of the room. There is one nit picky error that I see and it's Zim's right arm or if you're look at the picture the one on the left, it's strangely long for some reason and the shoulder seems to sag abit...and also the way Zim's arm curves like that makes it seem like he has not elbow joint, it just doesn't seem natural...but after all it's a cartoon character so I could be wrong. The only other thing that bothers me in this picture is the window, maybe it's just me or it looks alittle wonky near the end.
But like I said everything went really well for this picture, the shading matches the evil atmosphere, I say you did a really fantastic job.
